A poem by Ben Dunk
ABSTRACTION NOVEMBER 9, 1982
Troubled waters rise in torrents
Where the rapturous visions are best
Too spectacular prisms for Earth current
Visualize the extreme test
Capitulate in the garden
On the outskirts of knowing
Into speculation and scheme
The tantalizing spectral dance
Violates moderation and peace
Into acrid regions the fliers
Scatter their bloody policies
Until millions remain as dyers
