CHRISTMAS POEM
BY: Ben Dunk
Carollers’ songs across the velvet black night
Herald Christmas gladness into sight
After Him is Christmas hight
Time to consecrate his plight
And although we try with all our might
To keep ‘our star’ glowing bright
There’s always a background feeling of fright
Our behavior unfulfilled as right
We’ll not deserve to join him in light
