HOME AND AFTER

After the Mini

After the last tractor is made

Home to the ‘Telly’

Home to the new Ford

After the mortgage is done

After the last H.P. is paid

Home to the washing up machine

Home to the ‘O Level’ pass-kid

After the divorce

After the last beat of the diseased heart

Home to the mind

Home to find renewed peace

After the rise and fall of mankind

After the last evil doth cease

Home to the conscience

Home to the soul.
